Sole SB700 Indoor Cycle

The SB700 is built around a heavy 22.5 kg flywheel, giving it a smooth, momentum-driven pedal feel closer to an outdoor road bike than lighter spin bikes on the market. Perforated resistance disc knobs let you dial in intensity precisely for structured interval sessions, and the four-way adjustable seat and handlebars accommodate different riders in the same household. Its footprint is small enough for a spare bedroom corner, though the heavier flywheel means it needs a stable, level surface rather than thick carpet. Because it weighs close to 60 kg fully built, professional or two-person courier delivery is standard, arriving in a single large carton. Assembly takes about an hour, with the flywheel and frame base pre-attached to reduce the fiddly steps most people dread with flat-pack cardio gear.
