NordicTrack FreeStride FS7i Elliptical

The FreeStride FS7i is a hybrid elliptical, stepper and cross trainer in one machine, useful if your household has a runner and a walker sharing one piece of gear. FreeStride Technology lets you adjust stride length from 50 cm to 60 cm on the fly, catering to different heights without swapping settings between users. A 10-inch touchscreen streams iFIT global workouts that automatically adjust incline and resistance, so the machine does the coaching while you focus on form. This is a genuinely large unit, so measure your doorway width and allow around 1.8 m of ceiling clearance for taller users mid-stride. Freight delivery is to kerbside on a pallet; bring a second person for the final positioning as the base alone is heavy. Once in place it stays put, with adjustable levelers for uneven garage floors.
