Lifespan Fitness FID Pro Adjustable Bench

This flat-incline-decline bench is the workhorse most Australian home gyms build around, whether paired with a power rack or used freestanding with dumbbells. It adjusts through seven back positions from flat to a steep incline, plus a decline setting for core work, all via a simple pop-pin adjustment you can operate mid-session. Foam padding is dense enough to hold up under heavy dumbbell pressing without breaking down after a few months, a common complaint with cheaper benches. Folded down, it slides under a rack or against a wall, taking up barely a third of a square metre when not stood upright for use. Delivery arrives fully assembled or near enough, in one carton via standard courier; most owners just need to attach the base wheels and adjustment pins on arrival.
