Cortex PR10 Half Rack

The Cortex PR10 half rack is built for smaller Australian garages and granny flats where a full power cage would eat too much of the room. Open on three sides, it still gives you safe squat and bench support with adjustable J-cups and safety arms, while taking up noticeably less floor space than a four-post rack. The lower 2.0 m upright height suits garages with a sectional door track or ducted air conditioning running across the ceiling. A pull-up bar is built into the top crossmember, so you get an extra exercise without extra footprint. Delivery arrives flat-packed in a single carton by courier; assembly takes about an hour with basic hand tools, and two people make lifting the uprights into place easier, though it can be done solo.
