Bowflex Xtreme SE2 Home Gym

The Bowflex Xtreme SE2 uses Power Rod resistance instead of steel plates, which is why it stays lighter and quieter than a traditional stack machine while still offering up to 113 kg of resistance and room to add more. It's a good fit for a converted garage corner or spare bedroom where you don't want the thud of dropped weights disturbing the rest of the house. The frame folds down for storage against a wall when you need the floor space back for other things, useful in a double garage shared with a car and a workbench. Over 65 exercises are possible from one machine, covering chest, back, legs and core without swapping attachments constantly. Delivery is a large single-carton courier drop; assembly typically takes a couple of hours with a friend holding sections steady while you bolt the frame together.
