Fisher & Paykel HC90DCXB4 90cm Curved Glass Canopy Rangehood

A striking curved glass canopy rangehood that acts as a design feature above the cooktop rather than a purely functional box, suited to open-plan Australian kitchens where the hood is on constant display. Despite the sleek profile, extraction power is strong enough to keep frying smells from drifting into the living area, a common complaint in open-plan layouts. Soft LED lighting illuminates the cooktop evenly without the harsh glare of older halogen units. Slide-out aluminium grease filters are simple to remove and clean in the dishwasher. Whisper-quiet operation on lower speeds means it can run continuously during a long braise without becoming annoying. Installation requires ducting to the outside or recirculation mode with charcoal filters, assessed and fitted by our installers based on the kitchen layout. A design-led rangehood that still does the job properly.
